Reckitts U14 and our U16 teams represented Hull City PL4S at a netball tournament in Redcar on Sunday 19th April 2014. A coach picked the girls up from the KC Stadium at 7.30 am and the players were buzzing and excited to be going to represent Hull City in Redcar.
Club Coaches Angie Hewson & Sarah Hall (U14) and Pauline Hardy & Maggie Quantock-Houghton (U16) said “all the players worked really hard and showed some great team spirit”.
Everyone did brilliantly with the U14 team winning all of their matches and the U16 team won all but one of theirs, making Reckitts / Hull City the overall winners of both age-groups.
Lucy Ingamels from Reckitts U14 team played outstanding all day and her efforts were rewarded at the presentation ceremony with the “U14 Player of the Tournament” which she received from England Netball.
